Show assumptions and formula
  • Amounts mode: client and other-income decimal strings are parsed as cents; total income is their exact sum.
  • Shares mode: shares must total 100%; cents use largest remainder, with equal remainders awarded by input order.
  • Stable ties: equal amounts keep their original input order for largest and top-two selection.
  • Other income: it stays in remaining income and is never selected as a client stress loss.
  • Coverage and target: coverage is shown only when its denominator is non-zero; a missing target stays unset.
  • Formula: gap = max(0, expense − remaining); remaining = total income − selected client income.

This is descriptive concentration arithmetic from anonymized inputs, not a safety threshold, credit score, solvency test, or financial advice.

A visible method

The assumptions stay in the room.

01

Keep labels anonymous

Use Client 1, Project A, or another short local label. No names, emails, uploads, or CRM fields are needed.

02

Choose one period

A week begins on Monday; a month begins on day one. The page never asks a timezone or an outside calendar service.

03

Stress one choice

Stable ties keep input order. The result describes the arithmetic for this input set without comparing it with a benchmark.

Questions

A short explanation of the boundaries.

What does this tool show?

It converts anonymous client amounts or percentage shares into one consistent weekly or monthly view, then describes what remains after the largest item, the top two, or your manual selection is removed.

Do I need to enter names or upload a client list?

No. Use labels such as Client 1 or Project A. The page has no upload, account, storage, or network payload for your inputs.

How are percentage inputs converted?

Client and other-income shares must total exactly 100%. The total income is allocated in cents with a largest-remainder rule, giving equal remainders to earlier inputs first.

Can I save or send a scenario?

No. This tool keeps the scenario in the current browser session only and does not create a link or export.
